Looking for some fun activities for your child to do during the summer holidays?

Well take a look at these exciting events being hosted by the award winning Instinctive Martial Arts & Fitness Gym:   4th August - the guys will be teaching teaching kids of all ages, some cool parkour ninja skills in the safety of their full time gym. Walking Challenge In Aid Of The Charity - Valley CIDS
